CURRENT MAPS AND NAVIGATION on
Steamboat Slough

2011  Steamboat Slough has depths at LOWEST tides ranging from 17 feet to 10 feet, in the main channel.  There are also visible shoal areas at low tides, and some nice shady beach areas to pull up the ski boat or houseboat for a peaceful swim on the freshwater of Steamboat Slough.  Tides can vary from 4 to 6 feet depending on the time of year and the water flow levels in the Delta.  For all travel in the Delta, boaters should have an official NOAA navigation map onboard, or at least print out the map sections linked to the right which details Steamboat Slough navigation and depth as of the last NOAA survey in 2009.
